You are required to:

• Rest as much as possible
• Write down your contemplations in a blank hard cover note book provided or in your own spiritual journal if you have one (please bring along).
• Carry sleep clothes and comfortable casual clothes. (No need for huge luggage at all)   
• No makeup or perfumes while you’re here or expensive jewellery. Advisable to leave them at home
• (Please do take your doctor’s medication as prescribed, but we found that many people reduced and weaned themselves off some medication already on the 2nd day (diabetics please ensure you do your necessary blood sugar and ketone testing and administer your insulin/medication as prescribed by your doctor during your detox.)
• If you smoke, we would obviously prefer you not to, but if you simply must, you may do so outside the room.
• If you still need to conduct your business via computer and cell phone, please try to keep it to the bare minimum.
• If it’s not business, then we prefer cell phones switched off and only one call in the evening to family if necessary.

Why is it important for this biochemical to be its normal alkaline state instead of the impure acidic condition most people’s biochemical is in?

On 3rd January 2011 Mr Ahmed came in for a 7 day treatment. He had a long list of ailments, the main concern being his 15% kidney function. He was scheduled for his first kidney dialysis treatment on the 13th January at the Millpark Hospital in Jhb to compensate for his kidney failure. Directions to 3 Herman Road, Westville

• Take off ramp to Pavilion Shopping centre when travelling on freeway from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.
• Turn right at end of off ramp and head away from the Pavilion shopping centre. If you are using a Garmin or such device and it tells you to turn left, do not, as it will bring to us through a township.
• Cross over the bridge that spans the freeway and then pass two robots. At third robot, turn right into Kings Avenue. If you are driving on the freeway from Johannesburg, take the St James off ramp (the Pavilion shopping centre is visible on the right hand side).
• Keep left at the end of the off ramp and pass only one robot before turning right at second robot into Kings Avenue.
• Come to traffic circle and keep left, continuing until you come downhill to a stop street.
• Slight right turn, almost as if you are going straight across into Broadway Road and continue downhill to a second stop street.
• Go straight across into Homestead Road and then take your first right turn into Herman Road. It’s the second house, double storey, has a blue roof and is on the left hand side.

Take note: when you turn right into Kings Avenue, come all the way down, keeping left at the traffic circle and across two stop streets and the only time you must turn, is when you turn right into Herman Road.
