1. Add two teaspoons of Bentonite Clay to a quarter cup of boiling water mash up the clay until dissolved, then top up with a small amount of cold water, so that the mixture is drinkable. Not too hot.

2. Swiftly add one teaspoon of Psyllium Husk.

3. Mix briskly and gently gulp down as soon as possible.

4. Follow with as much warm water or herb/ginger/lemon tea as you can drink.

Psyllium Husk

Psyllium husk is known for its extremely high, water soluble fibre content.

The husk works to aid digestion by swelling upon contact with water, each husk swells to several times its original size. Because of this swelling ability, a teaspoon of husk will become a sticky, gelatinous mass which works to bulk and bind the stool, scour the colon and improve internal hygiene.

It is because of these properties that Psyllium husk is useful in conjunction with Bentonite Clay and Colon Therapy.
